The Avenues is located on Main and Drama streets. A concept synonymous with European cities, catering for business and consumers to enjoy an alternative to the neon – crazed shopping centre.
The renovation includes 3 phases. Phase 1 kicked off in March last year being completed in December. Included a re-paint of the whole building, upgrading of the pavement, installation of fresh and modern signage, the addition of greenery with beautiful planter boxes and an innovative due of LED cube light boxes, includes The Avenues’ impressive logo with whimsical coloured leaves changes in the scenery during the different seasons.
Phase2 is to open up a foyer and courtyard area that will make upmarket retails for more boutique shops, like trendy restaurants and café. Phase 2 has already began and will be completed in August/ September.
Occupation date starts from September/ October.
