Art on Avenues is a holistic environment passionate in introducing and curating artworks of talented professionals in an array of artistic mediums. A platform for the development of young / upcoming South African artists.
‘Countershading’ was inspired by the concept of the natural form of camouflage found in animals, in which the upper side of their bodies are darker than their underside and is a beautiful catalyst for these talented contemporary artists to push themselves to explore light and dark through their individual mediums in unique, novel ways says Carolina & Core.
This show is a diverse group of brilliant, young artists delivering a spectacular group show with just the perfect amount of harmony and contrast.
